We tend to believe once their faces are covered, there is no need to worry about the other areas and can stay under the sun for as long as they want. The fact is the face requires the best sunscreen for face but this does not exempt the other body areas. Not applying sunscreen increases your vulnerability to the sun.
3. SPF 15 is not as effective as SPF 30
High SPF number is not effective as effectiveness of the sunscreen applied is based on how and the amount applied. 4. Vitamin D
People believe that you need the sun to acquire vitamin D that is essential to the body. While it is true that vitamin D is essential in the body, it is not true that you need the sun to acquire it. 5. Unnecessary to wear sunscreen in Cloudy Days
Having excess clouds in the sky hinders the sunrays from penetrating to the atmosphere making it safe for our skins and it is deemed unnecessary to wear sunscreen. The fact is ultraviolet rays if the sun can penetrate the clouds and reach your skin even if it is raining and the clouds are quite thick. 6. Sunscreen Prevents Skin Cancer

Some people believe that they are allergic to all sunscreens alike and think that skipping their use is better than wearing them.
